He was seconded for over two years to a company serving as the General Partner of a mezzanine fund backed by governmental financial institution and major commercial bank as LP investors. During this period, he gained extensive experience in all aspects of fund management, including fund formation, deal sourcing, investment analysis and decision-making processes, contract negotiations, execution, and post-investment management.
