  We are pleased to announce that Utsunomiya & Shimizu and Haruki Management Legal Office have decided to merge into a new law firm: Utsunomiya, Shimizu & Haruki.

  The main practice area of Utsunomiya & Shimizu has been international transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, finance and various types of support to venture companies; and the main practice area of Haruki Management Legal Office has been risk management and advice on corporate scandals. Although each law firm has different expertise, all the lawyers in both law firms share a common vision, namely to be professionals pursuing the same goals together with clients, just as if we were their own reliable colleagues. We are confident about our vision because all of us have worked in reputable companies and /or organizations for a number of years and our vision is rooted in our actual experience.

  We are now forging a trustworthy new professional firm with a view to be a good business partner and providing speedy and effective legal service for the purpose of resolving the various issues of the moment.
